He will not get a pardon becasue it could hurt the govenor's re-election campaign. however i'm not sure that he will spend time in jail either. they're trying to throw him under the bus, but it could backfire because he didn't actually ahve any weapons and because of credability issues. the stuff that he was trying to take back was not "officially" his. they were things that once belonged to him, but he relinquished that right. Here's a similar example, tell me how'd you react...Let's say that i sold something to a person on Ebay, then in about 5 years i decide that i want it back so i track down the buyer and break into his house to steal my item back. It's true that i once owned that item, but i don't currently own the item...
