This hearing is going to be a gong show. Anyone who claims to have any idea what this guy is going to do is full of it. Imagine if the judge rules in Balsillie's favour the same day Detroit wins the Cup.

Is there a such thing as loaning a car to someone ?
Q. I have a car I just dont use. I owe 8000 on it. My sister is without a car, I live in pa and she lives in nj. Is there anyway that she would be able to get insurance for it. Is there anyway to get this done.

A. No!!! You can never insure anything you don't own unless it is a leased vehicle from a leasing company. A leased vehicle is not the same as a loaned vehicle. In order to insure something, you have to have an "insurable interest" on the item. In this case, you would have to insure the car. I'm amazed the people who answered this question that have no idea what they're talking about.

Do you think Manchester United should sign Carlos Tevez instead of loaning him?
Q. Carlos Tevez has played great for Manchester United but no one club owns him.

A. Carlos is an amazing footballer with tons of talent and is extremely important to United at the moment. He would be a massive loss if United were unable to keep hold of him. The trouble is, his value has been estimated at somewhere between 30 and 35 million british pounds. Manchester United are already about 700 million pounds in debt, and buying Tevez would only increase this amount. If United do manage to find the money to buy Tevez, then I believe he would be a brilliant acquisition.

Q. Is it just me, or is this more than a little obscene considering what's going on in America today?
