How do I find a loan shark?
Q. I am desperate for a personal loan for some significant legal fees for my husband's custody case. We both have extremely poor credit, and the timeline is too small to have time to save up. My husband would just like to get a loan through a "shark," but not a payday loan - like a personal lender. Any LEGIT suggestions welcome. Our credit scores are too low for prosper.com. :-(

A. Are you crazy? Do you REALLY want to do it? The best way to do this is to ask your attorney to let you pay in installments. If this particular attorney wouldn't do it for you, find another one. Many attorneys will ask for some amount upfront and then you pay the rest in installments. Usually they do it without charging you any interest, but if you offer to pay reasonable interest, they'll go for it. Of course, we are talking about normal, regular lawyers, not some very high priced "legal eagles." and do not fall for offers of loans here on yahoo!

Q. I have been turned down for loan requests and am in need of 3500.00 to get thru this rough patch. I have a steady income and can repay guaranteed. The banks wont consider me, due to being a high credit risk.

A. You're kidding, right? You don't want to fall prey to one of those crooks, if you are interested in getting ripoff, do it legally by applying for a loan from HSBC or Orchard Bank. Or you can simply wait until your credit scores heal and improve, by paying your credit cards in full and on time each month, do not charge more than what you cannot afford. Always repay the full balances at least 10-days before the due date, and take in consideration, when due dates fall in holidays and weekends, subtract 2-more days, instead of 10-days send it 12-days before the due date.

A. Before you read, I'm not a robot/troll and I'm not trying to advertise a scam. I've reposted the same thing a few times, but it's only because I've been asked the same question. You can check how many answers I've had and my percentage of best answers-- I'm not a scam. You can try Prosper.com It's called a "peer to peer" lending site. Pretty much the way it works is you go through a credit check (just so they can label you-- you're still approved with bad credit, it just means higher interest), make a little posting on why you need x amount of money, and "lenders" will give you anything ranging from $50-the full amount all at once.
